To start off our holidays we got a special delivery from Honey and Grandpa. Yummy cupcakes and a movie night package. A few days after this package arrived a nasty stomach virus got all the girls. I even had to go to the hospital overnight.
But, by Christmas Eve we were back to our healthy selves. The girls made their gingerbread houses, which included a few left over babies from Mardi Gras.
They even participated in the Christmas eve pagent at church. Maggie loved her angel outfit and Bea loved parts of it (the white dress and halo). She was not into the gold wings.
We also snacked on cheese, crackers, and sausage on Christmas Eve before church.
And then came Christmas day. Maggie concluded that the Bea and her must have been good by the amount of toys Santa left. Here are Maggie's gifts... The big hit was her shoppie dolls. One from Santa and one from us.
Bea didn't have a favorite toy that I can think of. She did take her sweet time opening her gifts. She really wanted to play with each toy before opening any more. She did say that she asked Santa for a flower dress (she didn't) and he did not give her one.
Stocking stuffers combined (they have really big stockings)
I would have to say a very successful holiday was had!
