Spring and quick Louisiana trip

50 degrees means ice cream in Montreal...

Had a chance to make a quick trip to Louisiana and catch an LSU game with the brothers/cousins/nephews.

Took the girls to the planetarium during their Easter holiday (they really liked the bean bag chairs)

BB also successfully assembled Pangea.

Lucie's speed has picked up a notch or two since last fall...

...as have her climbing abilities.

Here's a little more proof that Bea's french is actually pretty good (I didn't catch the whole conversation). 

Now that the older two girls have such busy lives, I've found time to sneak away with Lucie from time to time.  Turns out, she is also a huge fan of ice cream.

The snow has all but melted around here (it's 60 degrees outside as I speak!).  We have started taking out the summer gear...

...and are saying bye to the last few recalcitrant piles of ice in the park.

BB's fashion sense has found a new level...

...some of us are starting to get mischievous ideas...

...and some of us are in our own little worlds...

...but we're all happy that the sun if finally out more and we're looking forward to spring-summer-fall.

Snow Tubing before the snow melts

It's definitely warming up here.  We're getting into the 40s almost every day, with even some 50s and 60s in the forecast.  The snow has almost all melted, but we could still get a dumping if the weather turns bad.

Taking advantage of the last few weeks of winter, we took a day trip to go snow tubing.  The kids has a blast.
