Olivia's visit
Olivia came to Austin to visit Maggie.

The girls week was fun even though the weather did not cooperate with us. All week it was raining except for the 1st day. So on Monday we went to the Domain sprinkler park.

We also went to a few story times.

After Maggie went to sleep, Olivia and I sneaked out to go bowling. Below is a video of her celebration dance.

And lastly, while we were waiting for Gina to finish her doctors appt we enjoyed a peter piper lunch. Maggie loved this toy the best. I didn't even have to put money in it.

4th of July
We went to Canyon Lake to Celebrate our Independence Day. The 1st thing I want to point out is that my 6 1/2 month old cousin is bigger (height and weight) than Maggie.

And of course, a picture of my baby (Maggie)

Spaghetti anyone???
P-A-R-T-Y!!!
Yo Gabba Gabba Party = success
We had lots and lots of fun at Maggie's party (thanks to my parents for giving her a party). Here are a few of the decorations...
cake and cupcakes....
And everything went down hill when we told Maggie the fate of Foofa. Those are real tears, but the fun must continue.
After all the kids had a chance to beat the crap out of Foofa the adults were allowed to take their turn. First up was none other than ME.
then Kristy....
and Mercedes....
At last, candy!!!
During all the commotion, my parents rented this huge water slide. I didn't get too many pictures because I was too busy having fun with Maggie and the rest of the family. My brother, Nick, took some video of us sliding in action and us singing happy birthday to Maggie. Hopefully, I will get my hands on those videos before leaving Texas.
Suspended drivers license.
I am a sucker for sales. About 2-3 times per year Wal-Mart puts a top-rated toy at 50-60% off. So when I saw the Cozy Coupe 50% off I immediately took Chris's wallet and bought it for my sweet spoiled baby :) Of course, I automatically assumed babies have a driver's license to drive this yellow and red car (reminds me of a smart car), but I was wrong.
After a few weeks, I officially revoked Maggie's driver license for the following citations:
(1) Failure to maintain vehicle in driving condition (no tires)
(2) Road rage (notice no smile)
(3) Sleeping while driving
(4) Driving while under the influence (Is there something wrong officer. Oh, wait the door is on the other side.)

52. Nurse Maggie for at least a year...Completed
52. Nurse Maggie for at least a year. I did it and am still continuing to nurse her. It was tough the 1st three months, but I would do it again it a heartbeat.
The only thing I am going to look forward to when I wean is losing a little more weight and to fit into my shirts again.
#32...kind of completed
32. Bake Maggie's 1st smash cake and make it look professional. I made all of Maggie's cakes, but I am not sure it looked professional :) Maybe as the years go by I will improve my cake decorating skills.
