The weather has finally gotten warm enough for us to venture out. In a few weeks, the red buds will be blooming and tulips will be growing by the mailbox. Last weekend, we went to the park for the first time. Like sister, Bea was a big fan of the swings.

The key to any successful trip to the park (or through life, for that matter) is balance.  Thus, we made sure to go down the slide a few times.

I will leave you with a picture of Maggie (in coat, night gown, pants, and hello kitty sequins slippers), who insisted on sitting in the high chair at the ice cream place.  It looks like I'm going to have to give Bea a lecture on how to set a good example for older sister.

A typical weekend

After ballet on Saturday morning and a trip to the library we usually do this....

Both of my babies are officially crawling.


The older baby has way too much energy lately. Obviously, Dad was not home because she is not allowed to jump on the couch when he is present. I'm the cool parent   :-p


It's still a little chilly to go outside for Baby Bea, but this past weekend was really nice (temperature wise). We even made it out to the park, which was really crowded.
