A few pictures from Gran and Papa's visit

We took our annual trip to Curtis Orchard, but it was difficult to get a good rocking chair picture this year.  I guess we'll have to make another trip (we actually go several times a month).

Uncle Joe was impressed with Bea's straw-drinking skills.

Bea helped us pick some variety of honeycrisp apple.

Part 1 of our Texas trip

It's been a week since we have been back form Corpus Christi. Here is the recap part 1. We had a four delay in the Dallas airport. Luckily, the airport was equipped with a playground a few gates away from our departure gate. The girls really liked that bridge.

Apparently, the flights were too much for the girls. Bea passed out at home so we left my Dad in charge of the napping baby and the rest of us went to get our nails done for Tim's wedding. Well, Maggie didn't quite make it either.

Then Bea got in a fight with this cabinet.

She lost. It's hard to see, but there was a vertical mark on her forehead. A bath calmed her down after the incident.

Part 2 will consist of our time in Houston.

Birthday Celebration continued

Maggie and Dad wanted to pick flowers at Meadowbrook park. I went for a run and all of us were eaten alive by huge mosquitos.

This past weekend we also went to Bloomington to visit the children's museum and splash park.

BeBe was playing peek-a-boo with me. Of course, when I turned the camera on she stopped. Well, my blogging will slow down this week because I am heading to Texas this weekend to visit my parents and to check out my cousins wedding. Maybe Chris can update the blog a little with his photos.

On Bea's birthday we invited over a few friends to celebrate BeBes 1st birthday. Maggie helped prepare the cake.

Minnie Mouse Girls

The girls happen to wear their minnie mouse outfits on the same day. This is the order we took the photos and I actually love them. They both were unimpressed that Chris and I brought out the camera.


We must of done something really funny. Who knows?

Probably couldn't get a few photos unless Bea had her tongue sticking out. I consider it a success if only a few photos show her tongue.

Family photo shoot -- one month before BeBe turns one

Every few months we try and take some family photos before church. So we busted out out tripod and camera and put on our Sunday best...
