X-mas activties

We hope you all had a Merry Christmas.  We sure did in Montreal.  The Christmas vacation started out with a trip to Les Grandes Ballet to see The Nutcracker.

I must say, the Montreal version was world-class and the older two girls had a great time.  Of course, no Christmas celebration is complete without a gingerbread house.  This year, Maggie indoctrinated Lucie in how to taste the icing before applying it to the house.  This is a necessary step to ensure that the icing is of the highest quality!!!

Of course, Santa Claus paid us a visit with gifts for all!!

BB loved her new flamingo outfit (and wore it three days in a row).

And Lucie loved her candy tent.

Bea's Christmas Concert

I hope you have brushed up on your French.  While the singing is definitely cute, this video is also a nice case study on the variable attention span of the average kindergartner.

I just attended a conference at Lake Louise (all expenses paid!!!).  It was my first trip to Banff and the Canadian Rockies.
