A few pictures from Indianapolis

We are in the middle of a short trip to Indianapolis to visit the children's museum and the zoo.  Here are a few pictures from the museum and the area around our hotel (we are literally in the center of downtown Indy - right by the famous Soldiers and Sailor's Monument).

You can see the monument here in the background (they are doing some renovations).  I'll have to walk around with my camera tomorrow to get a few more pictures.

Have I mentioned, yet...

...that the Thibodeaux genes are strong in Bea.  In case I haven't, here is some more evidence.

If her bloodlust for green heads isn't evidence of Thibodeaux ancestry, then I don't know what is.

More mall fun.

Bea is quite the little monkey.  You should see her on the rings at gymnastics.  She may even rival Maggie one day.  Here she is flashing her skills on the mall play ground.

But, here is the real reason we went to the mall.

And for me, a dream come true.

It seems like all I do is post videos these days.  So, here is a picture of us on Mother's Day. (We took several, but Bea's face is only visible in this one).

I also realized that we have not been doing a good a job in updating you all on Bea's puzzle acumen. She is pretty good, especially considering that she has more distractions than Maggie did (namely, Maggie).

Summer is almost here.

We've been getting weather in the 80s this week, so we decided to put a little water in the pool and try out our new (Maggie) and hand-me-down (BB) swim suits.
